It feels like the world has been crumbling around me Bumbling through each day like clockwork I never noticed my feelings growing numb My light turning into blight Feeling no purpose, a life not worth existing Giving strength to others knowing they’ll use it more efficiently Some days I’d rather be drinking than thinking My grip on this goal may be close But for now I’ll allow it to be far
