How The Little Mermaid SHOULD Have Ended
Underneath the waters, in a far away land, deep, deeper than any machine or submarine had went before, dwelled the merfolk. They were quite the interesting inhabitants of the ocean, they had even a whole civilization just like us humans! But I’ll tell that story later, because the story I am telling is about a special little girl well mer-girl.
“Swoosh!” schools of vibrant, colorful fish swim about the coral, chitchatting about the recent gossip, the stingrays riding on the currents twirling about, jellyfish bopping and dancing around to their own rhythm, the turtles flapping their flippers like crazy, the dolphins bounding up from the water putting on quite the show and even the sharks lifted their heads and swung their tails a bit, they all knew what what was about to happen. The merfolk were getting ready for the big concert! And every other sea animal was filled with enthusiasm and excitement for King Triton’s daughters’ performance. The palace was overflowing with webbed hands, flippers, tentacles, claws, and tails, the concert had to be perfect, and everything was well planned, and all the daughters of Triton arrived and were ready, all but one.
“Ok,” Sebastian called out alerting everyone and dragging their attention to him, “This is a very grand and important concert, so everyone be on your best behavior, this is not a rehearsal, OK!” Everyone gave a silent nod, they all knew that this was important and after a moment of silence they continued what they were doing.
Ariel a red haired girl with a greenish bluish tail and light but also dark blue eyes, the color of the ocean, when it’s night and the moon shines on the ocean’s waters, making a beautiful white line, and everything is calm, with a tinge of relaxation in the air. Ariel was born last and was the youngest daughter of Triton. She was always the most curious of the bunch, but then compared to Triton… I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Ariel always had a… let’s say obsession about us humans, collecting and treasuring the every day objects that fall into the sea. But today her outing will cost her, maybe change her future… forever.
(Oh and I hope you can give me some suggestions on how to make it better 😊 thx)
Ps:I don’t mind if the suggestions are a little harsh because if it helps me get better then give me all of it ok 👌)
