The Waterfall
I took a deep breath. We were here. The misty breeze might've been refreshing… if we weren't burying a body.
The waterfall loomed over us, like a painting. I tried not to panic, but it was harder than it seemed. I was pretty sure Orion had no idea what he was doing.
“Are you sure we should be doing this...” I trailed off.
“We’ll be fine, quit worrying Artemis.” The fact that our parents had made us grow up as enemies, even named us after enemies, was disgusting.
Their plan hadn't worked. In fact, it had failed miserably. We were best friends. Although it was daytime, it was dark and eerie by the waterfall’s cave entrance.
“It's not too late to change your mind you know.” I looked at Orion nervously. His black mount seemed just as nervous.
“Getting cold feet sister?”
“You wish,” I replied, trying to sound confident.
“Well let's go then.”
He winked at me, and I took another _very_ deep breath.
