'Memory breathes'

Write a poem that begins with this line.

We Must Forget To Remember

Memory breathes In Constantly working Out Inhaling the new In Absorbing experience Out Exhaling the old In Unnecessary filler Out Haven’t used it lately In You don’t need it Out But if you want to keep it In You’ll have to hold your breath Brain brimming with information Overwhelming impenetrable mix You must release the old to take in the new Out Sometimes it’s best to forget In Lest we live to regret Out To appreciate the good In But to live with the bad Out But if you hold your breath In And never stop Out You’ll reach a point In Where you pass out Out Memories are what define us In For who are we without our pasts? Out This world we live in In Won’t forever last Out
