The Hermit
Alone in his hermitage deep in the woods, the hermit walks with his staff and hood.
The light of his lantern shines away the night, guiding him to inner sight.
Away from the crowds,
the noise and
the rush,
he finds peace in silence,
in emptiness,
in hush.
He meditates, contemplates, and reflects,
The joys of life and it’s vex.
He knows the journey will be hard
But that is the purpose of his tarot card.
