“Eight, nine, ten. I’m gonna find you!” I shout out and carefully look around from the center of the park where I’ve been counting against a tree while my friends were hiding. I look to the left and I look to the right, but I see no one. Carefully I walk around, but there is no one in sight. I look in the bushes and behind the stone bridge at the side of the pond. The park seems completely abandoned. When I walk a bit further and look around a few big trees, I can’t believe my eyes. There are garlands and balloons in the trees and all my friends are gathered in a circle. “Surprise, happy birthday!” they shout. This was the most fun game of seek and hide ever.
