POEM STARTER
Write a poem that could be sung as a lullaby.
You could set it to the tune of an existing lullaby, or think up your own rhythm. Remember that lullabies are for children, and are ususally meant to be calming.

When life gets tight, you must fight,
For I will be your shield.
You will wield the power we emit,
As we, together, have never split.
Let the world fit you like a glove,
So you never have to bluff.
You are not meant to cause pain,
And will experience no shame.
Be a blessing to this world,
As the world will bless you.
When my time comes, you will not succumb,
All I want you to know is: I love you.
So be free, my dove.
