My friend Hitesh is what you would call a Casanova. He is active on at least 4 dating apps and juggled multiple dates on a single day (hat's off if you can even manage 2). Our friend group was rightly envious off him as we would be standing on a barren land while he is there drowning in a flood. We used to live together in a one 3 BHK flat (thanks modern economy) although strangely I would never see him bringing a girl home. We used to ask him about it but he kept strangely silent. We figured he was shy and left it at that. Strangely one day, while we were at our home drinking, he made a confession that he keeps a souvenir from every date he ever went to. At first it felt cringe as a guy as we are typically not that emotionally involved but then I thought, must be sweet as he wants to remember every women he ever dated. We asked him about some of his souvenirs but he was so heavily drunk he collapsed to sleep. As we were also heavily drunk, we left it at that and went to sleep.

One day, while we were cleaning our storage spaces, I found several small plastic jars filled with hair like material. I didn't understand what are these even doing in our house as we are not a barbershop. I called both of my flat mates to figure out this mystery. The other guy was as confused as I was but Hitesh kept silent so naturally our suspicion went to him. After some strong questioning, he broke down. Turns out our guy had a hair fetish. Each of the date he went to, he would sneakily cut some hairs off the girl and store it in these jars. When we both were out for something, he would take these jars out to smell them. And this is not even the craziest part, since he has gotten enough hair now, he was planning to create a wig out of these hair combinations to wear. Man the fetishes of some people. We figured its best left at that and asked him to clear all the jars from different storage spaces and keep them out of sight. We never really talked about it afterwards but I still wonder, was he able to create a wig and fulfill his dream??
