Black- Mill Forest

On a warm summer night, beneath a canopy of shimmering stars, Eliana slipped out of her house, excitement bubbling within her. She was accompanied by her adventurous friends: Henry, with his infectious enthusiasm; Lilith, whose curiosity often led her into trouble; and Jordan, ever the voice of reason. The town had warned everyone to steer clear of the nearby forest, its towering trees and dense underbrush instilling a sense of dread in most. However, Eliana and her friends felt a magnetic pull towards the unknown, determined to uncover what secrets lay hidden in the depths of the woods. As they ventured deeper, the atmosphere thickened with a sense of mystery. Shadows danced among the trees, and the air was laced with the earthy scent of damp moss and fallen leaves. Just as they reached a clearing, an unusual-looking vehicle came into view—its metallic surface glinted oddly in the moonlight, giving off an otherworldly vibe. Intrigued, the group approached cautiously, their hearts racing with a mixture of trepidation and excitement.

As they drew nearer, Lilith’s foot caught on something hidden beneath the underbrush. She stumbled but quickly regained her balance, her eyes widening as she spotted a small, intricately designed purple button nestled between the roots of a gnarled old tree. “What do you think it does, Lilith?” Jordan asked, his voice a blend of curiosity and apprehension.

“I don’t know, but it could be a secret passageway!” Lilith replied, her imagination running wild at the thought.

“PRESS IT!” Henry shouted with exuberance, unable to contain his thrill at the prospect of adventure.

But Eliana hesitated, a wave of concern washing over her. “Wait a second… What if it’s dangerous?” she questioned, her brow furrowing as worry crept into her thoughts. The air around them grew still, as if the forest itself was waiting to see what they would decide. As the group gathered nervously to vote on whether to press the ominous button, Henry’s impatience bubbled over. He jumped up and down, his excitement causing him to lose control. In a chaotic moment, he unintentionally bumped Lilith, sending her tumbling right into the button.

A thunderous bang echoed through the air as the ground beneath them trembled. To their astonishment, a colossal glass dome began to rise from the earth, its shimmering surface meeting seamlessly in the sky, encasing the entire town within its transparent walls.

“What have you done, Henry? Now the city is trapped, and we’re stuck inside!” Eliana screamed, her voice laced with panic as she glanced around, searching for a way in.

“What are we going to do?” Lilith cried, her eyes wide with fear, overwhelmed by the sudden turn of events. The weight of their situation pressed down on them, leaving them desperate for a solution.
