Don’t let yourself float away to the moon, or you’ll miss the flowers under your feet that bloom.

The present moment is all we sow.
So don’t get caught reaping in the low.
Let go of the noise, worries, and stress.
For the mind is a maze that leads to distress.
Don’t let yourself float away to the moon.
Or you’ll miss the flowers under your feet that bloom.
Breathe in the silence and feel your skin.
The answers we seek are already within.
Don’t chase the future or linger in the past.
Live in this moment while we have it at last.
There’s two different things that we can be.
Open your eyes and let your mind free.
We are either the reactor or the adapter.
And with every choice, we close a chapter.
