Amber walks in her room, looking at her hands. She snaps her fingers, sparking a flame.

Amber walks to her table and picks up a pencil. The pencil turns into cinders. Her eyes start to burn, then a tear is running down her cheek.

The door to her bedroom cracks open, and her mother and father come in. Her mother strokes Amber’s maple brown hair as her father asks,

“Amber, what’s-“ He gasps and backs away. “Lilian, get back. Guards!”
