Hoosier Daddy
For years the Indiana University football team did nothing but demonstrate incompetence. Indeed during a 2003 football game vs UConn someone was heard to say to his father ‘I don't want to say it been a while since the Hoosiers have been to the Rose Bowl but the last time they went the MVP was OJ Simpson.
Then this off season the Hoosiers hired Chris Cignetti, former head coach of James Madison. The Dukes had ‘graduated’ from FCS and through Cignetti’s leadership helped to solidify the Dukes as a perennial Top 25 team.
The Hoosiers started out winning their first game. We’ve seen that before, everyone said. Then they won another and another, and another. ‘Who do we have to incapacitate and by how much to get you to pay attention to us?’ Well, people are paying attention now, and the Hoosiers will be playing the biggest game in the program’s history against Ohio State on Fox Big Saturday this week. Don't miss it, its gonna be fun.
