Write a Somonka from the perspectives of two lovers. A Somonka is made of two Tankas, with the second responding to the first.
A tanka consists of five lines with a syllabic structure of 5-7-5-7-7
The World In Your Hands
If we could hold on
Just one more day my dear
I promise you that
I will give you the whole world,
The grandest of gestures.
And if you gave me
The whole wide world in my palms
I promise to you
That I will preserve your heart
With kind words and gentle love
