Each one leaving

A wound so great many won’t

Recognize what has happened

To the one organ of empathy

Of course we

Find wounds always turn to scars

So many of us feel as if

Certain parts may never heal

Absencent parts that you feel will never return

Really we don’t realize that scars are just

Signs that we know what we are doing in life

The scars on our hearts

Are a symbol of the
