As I’m sitting at the table I can tell he is nervous as his leg is bouncing 100 mph. He hasn’t said anything for the 20 minutes we been here. I’ll take the edge off and start then:

Me: hi

Him: ummm hi

Me: my name is grace.

Him: hello grace.

Me: so what do you like to do?

Him: well I like polishing glass and then I like to watch sad old movies like the black and white kind. I can’t stand animals so I try to stay away from parks so I’ll go to a glass or fabric store instead.

Me: this guy went on and on and on and on for hours. After he talked about stained glass he went to the difference thickness of glass.

Him: so what’s your favorite glass?

Me: the not breakable kind.

Him: ….

So the date was terrible and it didn’t go well he didn’t like mg joke and asked for the check. He asked for the check because I made a joke about glass. Who is this guy? Worse date ever!!!!
