WRITING OBSTACLE

Describe a character's physical appearance through the eyes of someone who feels intense jealousy for them.

How accurate would the description be when tainted by strong emotion?

The pretty curse

Pretty. Isn't she? it's everything she ever hears, everything I've ever heard about her. So pretty that anywhere she goes, all eyes will be on her. So pretty that no man could ever speak to her without getting nervous. So pretty that I barely know a girl who hasn't said anything along the lines of 'I wish I looked more like her' 'she's so lucky to be this beautiful'. The only things that are alway said to her and never to me. I've never seen one once of beauty on that face, everything about it fuels me with disgust.

One of the first things you'll notice about her are her eyes, 'crystal blue' as they say, eyes cold as ice with no hint of warmth in them, I wish she was blind so nobody would have to survive the torture of looking her in the eyes. Her hair, pristine and untouched, feels like the very essence of envy, it resembles that of a doll, one of those dolls that were initially pretty when you buy them but become ruined as they come into the hands of little kids who rip out their hair. It was exactly what I wanted to do, rip out her hair. She has lips that could lure any man to follow her commands that twist into the most irritating smile I've ever seen, naturally coloured cheeks who were like a sign of disrespect to every woman who spends hours doing her makeup to make her face somewhat resemble to hers.

People often say their workout goal is to make their bodies resemble hers, a waist that looked disgustingly unreal and long legs that make her look unnaturally tall, her figure approaches more the one of a distorted disabled creature than anything else if you ask me.

Cold eyes, creepy hair, lustful face, falsely measured body but I'd give up my life to look like her, even if that were just for a day.
