Write a descriptive poem about something poisonous, and its effect on its target. This could be literal or metaphorical.
Poison.
Pretty little things can quite
Often be rather deadly,
Insects and other bugs,
Sucker you in with their bright look,
Once you’re close enough to see,
Now they’ve gone and poisoned me.
