Through the frigid snow, a metal object hit my shovel. I couldn’t dig deeper. “Hey, guys! I found something!”

We dug around the object. A few hours later, one of the members noticed something strange peeking through through a mound of snow. I walked over. A blinding, blue light glowed beneath the snow. I was curious.

Many days later, another discovery was found. A giant window frozen over. It was stuck. I had to open it.

When no one was looking, I thawed the window with a blowtorch. I shoved it open, but then I saw a horrific sight.
