Beau'iful Flow'rs
Ello liddle un,
I were alone too,
Alone I were and am,
Am't I?
Ain't it beau'iful!
You be needin' any wa'er,
Ye purty liddle thin'?
I fink youse could do wiv sum,
You look so thin!
Well, I brung a smal pail wiv me
Cause I were lookin' at ye and finking,
Ain't it hot?
And I said ye could do wiv a-drinking.
So 'ere, I'm goin' to pour it,
Pour it slowly and surely am't I?
But don't you be gettin' greedy,
Jeezus said too much and ye die.
Now I'll 'ave no figh'in,
I 'ave plenty for all of ye
Everyun allus finks, don't they
That the grass is greener.
An' they stood so beau'tiflee
Drinkin' up me wa'er
And I sung em a litle tune
Like ol' David wiv 'is lyre.
We sat alone togeth'r,
Me an' my little flow'rs,
The sun making the grass pea-green,
Watchin' the beau'iful sky for hours.
This is my po-eem
I ain't got no big words
But I luv my liddle flow'rs
Folks oughta know wot they deserves.
