I’m upside down

It feels like the world has turned over

My life has changed, but for better or worse?

Everything doesn’t make sense anymore

I don’t feel like myself

Nothing around me seems like it stayed the same

It’s as if everything changed when I did

The sky is on the ground, it had crashed

Am I going insane, is this a dream?

I need to get myself back up

My feet are pointing up to the sky like a child

I try to get them down to the ground

The world seems stuck, unmoving now

No matter how hard I try

I feel like I’m upside down
