James and I were a known couple in school, but we hardly have any form of physical interaction with each other. We rarely hold hands, never kiss, and seldom hug. Our relationship has been strained for years, so I thought we would have break up someday. But, as I’ve never expected, James offered me to do a date, we haven’t had date in a long period. He said it would be in the afternoon in a restaurant, it is my choice to come or not. Not wanting to disappoint him, I arrived in the restaurant in time, also dressed up properly.

This restaurant was decorated with fresh flowers and and has a pleasant aroma and atmosphere, the waiter was gentle and polite. I can’t imagine how much money it cost, even though we were in such a good place and shape, our air around us seem to be frozen, awkward I guess was what we both felt right now. I broke this awkwardness first, I asked him how was his days and what he had been planning for this date. He responded a great day and said that he wanted to maintain our relationship a little longer. He asked for a night playing games in my house. I’m a big fan of games, I accepted his request and quickly finished my meal and went to my house with home.

We played a few games and became sleepy and tired, I send away James and get on my bed and tried to sleep. Suddenly my dad came to my room, he was notified by my mom that a boy was with me in the house alone. I told him that it was my boyfriend who had been with me and explained that we simply played some video games. That answer doesn’t seem to clear his concern but he said he want more explanation tomorrow and finally let me went to sleep.
