Time Is Endless; Countdown Series

Shei and her mom’s relationship was rocky ever since the passing of her father and brother. Luckily no one had noticed it was Shei that had murdered her brother. Shei wondered if it was all a dream, her father passing away 1 hour after a car reck, and her brother who she herself had stuffed, alive, into an animatronic suit.

6 audio logs. Shei had recorded 6 audio logs for her mother to read if she was caught. She may at some point give them to her, possibly on her death bed or something but now was not the right time.

Shei could barely walk into the restaurant without thinking about how her brothers dead or alive body was in one. I mean he had to have suffered and possibly suffocated hours later. But what if her didn’t?

“Shei-Shei!” She heard a roar from across the room. Her mother.

“Yes, ma?” Shei hated-absolutely hated her mom. Her mom had always favored Dylan over her. And it was obvious.

“They still haven’t found your brother.” Her mom reminded as she always did around 1:00pm.

Shei just nodded. She didn’t want to make it clear that she knew exactly where her brother was.

Often Shei would go to the garage and just think. Think about everything. How if her father didn’t die then Dylan wouldn’t have been born. Of course she still had a father figure, he was in his late twenty’s just like mom. Jason. Jason was his name. He was Dylan’s dad. But Shei’s mom and Jason didn’t have Dylan. Dylan was adopted by Jason 2 weeks before meeting mom.

Shei studied robotics in her free time, especially considering the fact she would be going to college soon and all that.

(Time skip after college)

Standing on the stage, Shei froze. She was supposed to be presenting an animatronic made just for her brother. Shei didn’t want to face the guilt that she indeed had killed her brother in 1983.

“I am Shei Arnold.” She spoke, a tear forming, “and I made this animatronic. It was made for my brother, may he rest in peace.”

Admits the roaring applause, a silent tear fell, reflecting the untold story she could never tell.
