(The detective characters have appeared already in one of my other stories if you want more information about them go read it)

Detective Serlion walked in to the damsons mansion there was an accident according to their butler.

The damsons family includes the elderly mistress of the house Mary who is in a wheelchair,her son Eric, her daughter alix, alix’s husband and her kids, and the victim of the accident was the mistress, Mary apparently she pushed her wheelchair to close to the stairs and well she fell down, snapped her neck and died.

Serlion: “there is no way that she pushed herself to close to the stairs it’s just no right, surely she had common sense to not do that”

Leeroi: ”it hurts my head just think about it, I’m a bout to ask the butler who takes her down the stairs, you coming?”

Detective serlion and leeroi walk away from the scene to talk to their butler who heard what happened from the ‘butlers room’

The butler :”I was just getting ready, putting my suit on you know, but anyway I heard a door open, I take a peek out of my room to see the mistress slowly making her way to the stairs then I see another door open, it was Eric’s door, I headed to the kitchen to start making breakfast, as I started I heard the mistress screaming and a load of thumbs then a crash I run to the stairs to find the mistress on the floor not moving dead, with her wheelchair next to her”

Serlion:”where was Eric? And how is Eric’s relationship with his mother?”

The butler “when I looked Eric was gone and there relationship wasn’t the best, Eric was always asking for money he always yelled at her when she said no, I’m pretty sure he is taking some...drugs”

The two detectives left to examine the scene again

Leeroi: “I’ve just realised that the wheelchair has no scratches on it, if the chair went with her surely it would have been damaged ”

Serlion: “and Eric is not exactly a good egg, you think he did something?”

Detective leeroi nodded, both of the detectives left he scene to find the culprit.
