POEM STARTER
Use the 'snowball technique' to write a poem, where the first line is one word long, the second line has two words, and so on.
Remember you do not have to 'build' on the first word - each line should use different words.
Rust
Rust.
Thick red.
Oxide turned steel.
Eroding deep beneath seams.
Shrieking, screaming bangs of beams.
The ocean’s spray makes metal decay.
It crashed down below, into the shallow.
The waves crash, turning dark sanguine.
Resting in it’s seabed cabin.
Steel beams sinking beneath.
Corroding and rotting.
Sicky red.
Rust.
