Awakening
Write a poem about an awakening - it could be literal or metaphorical.
Awake I Beg (trigger Warning, Rp And Sa)
Little I was. So young and sure.
Though your nasty hands took all the at was pure.
You did I know. My heart tells me so.
But all of this is bringing me to wo.
“Baby girl.” “Pretty little thing.”
What happened to papaw buying me a diamond ring?
But now I see. The diamond ring was me.
As I drown in the ocean of the mind I keep.
Your evil I swear. With your laugh and your glare.
But don’t try to fool me. cause it just isn’t fair.
“I’m sorry” you cry. But you don’t have to lie.
You want my object of a body in your grip.
But these thoughts leave me quivering my lip.
With tears running down my frown as i wale.
While my sleeping body lays there pale.
“WAKE UP.” I scream as his hands meet me.
Awake little girl, please I beg. If you don’t your
whole future lies at stake.
The girl didnt awake. No not even a bit. Not
until the man was leaving her hip.
