A Tanaga is a form of Filipino poetry often compared to Haikus. Tanagas use 4 lines of 7 syllables each, and are often full of metaphors.

Slowly bubbling deep inside

Water in a cooking pot

Soon reaches a crescendo

And fills the room with laughter
