We can’t slay a great beast,

But maybe you should give reality a try

Breaking a leg to a soccer game

Is a little less satisfying than to a dark lord.

Let’s face it; compared to fantasy, life is lame.

In-laws are the only time we face a evil horde.

But I would still rather live in reality.

Not all of life can be a rhythmic epic,

But I prefer the embrace of my loved ones

To the paper cuts of an imaginary world.
