POEM STARTER
Adelaide T. Everett
Write a poem that starts each new line with the last word of the last line.
For example: I love you so,
So I have to go.
Enduring love
Heartfelt moments, etched in time
Timeless love, forever mine
Mine to cherish, mine to hold
Hold me close, don't let go cold
Cold winds may blow, but we'll endure
Endure together, forevermore
More than words, our hearts confess
Confessing love, we both profess
Professing vows, before all eyes
Eyes that see, our love arise
Arise and bloom, like a flower
Flower of love, with timeless power
Power to heal, to mend, to strengthen
Strengthening our love, never lengthen
Lengthen our time, we'll make it last
Lasting love, that's unsurpassed.
