WRITING OBSTACLE

Write a letter to a friend, from the perspective of someone living 100 years in the future.

What commonplace things might they mention that would surprise a reader now, and how can you use these to drive an interesting narrative?

“Failure” The Bedrock To Success

Practice and consistency The bedrock to success And also the place of failure Some practice before the tests And some practice with the tests Either way success can’t be attained without practice You don’t just start to fly You learn to fly Failure to practice is all fantasy Set your goals And more importantly Arrange your practice consistently What makes you and keep you in success Isn’t what you did before now But what you’re doing now Never stop practice Until you’re tired of success And you’re ready to fail.
