At 22 years old, she hadn’t wanted anything more from life than a cozy burrow and to figure out the secret to making bread. But now, she’s the leader a rebellion against the tyrannous monarchy, the concept of which she hadn’t heard of before, because who pulls a sword out of a lake and claims they’re now an all powerful ruler? Anyway, the king, Theodbert (a stupid name, she thought), has been dragging humans off in herds to fight in his bloody battles, and then taxing the surviving villagers into poverty. So, she’s found it thrust upon her to leave her hidden village of Fernwood, and use her Druid heritage to take down King Theodbert and then.. well, she doesn’t know what will happen then.
