POEM STARTER

"“What did you do?”

Write a poem that incorporates this question three times.

Choose any theme you’d like, as long as you use repetition to create an interesting effect.

Snakes And Sand.

I didn’t touch a thing - you must understand,

But now the room is filling with sand.

“What did you do?!”, shouted the wizard.

The door is locked as the trap is triggered.

It rises as we scramble for cover,

Looking around and arguing with each other.

He speaks a spell and the sand suddenly stops,

Then - from the ceiling - snakes drop.

“What did you do?” I quiver in fright,

As dark snakes move faster than the night.

The wizard finds a puzzle in the wall,

Through it we all fall.

The wizard catches his toddler who is holding the idol,

“What did you do?” He laughs at her arrival.

The kid triggered the trap and now she has a play…

I hate take your daughter to dungeon day.
