POEM STARTER
Write a poem about where you would like to be in ten years time.
Speculative poetry is popular, and allows exploration of things that aren't yet real. You don't have to write from your own perspective; you could get into the mindset of a character.
Perchance To Dream
If perchance I could dream a dream
It would be to be in your arms
Every night as I fall asleep
And maybe, perhaps,
Those arms will have room
For when we are joined
By a mini me, or even you
Succession is family
In love and growth
And it’s the dream I dream for us both.
