The voice of this was really well done— especially with all that repetition, I was really able to hear the narrator’s voice in my head and the associated emotion. 👏It was paced well too! The only thing I’d advise is to get a bit more creative with word choice. I feel like this concept has so much potential— a broken heart and a desperate character— but the word choice was so simplistic. There are lots and lots of literary devices available to describe a broken heart, and while it works fine for this poem, an interesting or unexpected metaphor thrown in there might have added some spice to it 😊 Idk, just something to think about. Overall well done, powerful & emotional, you did a great job!! 👏
