I stand there, totally mesmerized, as Rhiella approaches me. Her crimson curls cascade down her shoulders, matching the intensity of her blood moon eyes. That tantalizing smile draws me in, stirring a stampede of emotions within me.

I swallow hard, torn between running and staying. But hell, even if I wanted to run, I’m paralyzed. The way she looks at me, it’s hypnotic. In this moment, I am a prisoner of desire, and all I can do is surrender to her.. A tear escapes as I meet her gaze. "Do it," I finally say, succumbing to the inevitable.
