POEM STARTER

“Cold water feels warm when you're freezing.“
Shivers
Cold water feels warm when you’re freezing.
You’re body begins to adjust, almost easing.
The hairs on your arm might still stand up.
Doesn’t matter if it’s in the ocean or tub.
As you close your eyes and take a deep breathe.
The water surrounds you and forms a sheathe.
Your toes might curl or your foot may flex.
Either way your body will convex.
So relax your body and decompress.
Inhale and exhale and let it express.
