You are a child's imaginary friend, but it's not all it's cracked up to be...
Write the story from this imaginary point of view.
Not Imaginary
Everyday, all I do is linger. No one appriciates me except her. She dreamt be up. She introduced me to her family, but I am like a mime, trapped, not able to speak, in a box of invisibility. I’m glad I can keep her company, but one day, when she’s gone, there will be no one to un-dream me. I will only be there, hiding- no. Lurking. Out in the open, I will be there. In plain sight. But no one will see me. I’ll scream so loud, yet no one will ever hear me. I can stab so hard, but no one will feel me. I am just there, yet no one will ever know. All they need to know is that I am ALWAYS there. I am not a friend, and most definitely not as imaginary as one might think.
