When I asked why pay so much, he said “you’ll see” I don’t understand why I would get paid so much for babysitting a five year old.

That Friday I went to their house. When I knocked on the door he told me to come in and gave me a tour of the house. The little girl, Emily, wanted to show me her room. When her father left we went to Emily’s room, she wanted to finally show me her room. When I walked in, I was hit with an awful smell.

“Oh my god what died in here- I mean what’s that smell?” I asked. It didn’t make sense because her room was so clean, her white,unicorn, sheets were placed nicely on her bed, her toys were were they were supposed to be, and her floor looked freshly mopped. When I was done looking around she finally said something.

“ my old babysitter, thats what died in here.”
