The Long Goodbye
The girl had spent her entire life trying to be accepted. She begun to make attention seeking patterns, hobbies, and activities apart of her daily life. To no avail, the girl still longed for attention and acceptance.
The girl added bundles and bundles of people to support her extreme desire for attention. These people appeared to satisfy the girl’s fantasy yet to only realize the illusion.
The girl was never content or satisfied but was steady on the mission she believed to be accurate. Not realizing that the underlying root of her need and acceptance was love.
The girl was looking for love. The girl was robbed at an early age of it and only knew how to cultivate the illusions and fantasies of it.
The robbing of her parents is what sparked a crisis of disaster within her. Little did she know the how easy the solution would be.
Her mother’s love. The love, acceptance, and attention was everything required for the girl to feel and be complete. She prospered and was spoiled with unlimited doses.
The girl loved her mother and her mother loved her.
The girl never knew it was going to be a long goodbye.
The girl’s mother became ill. The night before what would be known as the most catastrophic of her life, the girl told her mother that she loved her and said goodbye. The last goodbye.
By daybreak, a messaged was delivered to the girl loud and clear, that her mother left her. The girl’s mother was leaving her right back to those earlier fantasies of longing for love. The girl was robbed once again.
Ultimately, it was the last but a long goodbye.
