Door shut tightly, might the monsters come.

Write a poem which ends with this line. You may wish to interpret the 'monsters’ metaphorically rather than literally.

Monster

There are no monsters within

But the call of mesmeric whims

That bring the choice of this or that

That a warp of this

A path of fire to brim

Of lies, betrayals, so grim

That dull and dim the vim

There are no monsters here

Only choice that fail to dream
