I haven’t posted much lately because my heart has been broken over the situation in my country. The whole world hates us now. We are kidnapping people and deporting them without the due process our Constitution guarantees. The current President flouts court orders and mocks everything America has stood for.

But a light shines in the darkness.

Yesterday, my state senator Cory Booker spoke in front of Congress for 25 hours, standing up for freedom.

A key election in the state of Wisconsin went blue.

These are brighter lights, yes, but all Americans can add their own candle to the darkness, no matter how bright it is.

We the People are fighting back.
