The Eerie Death

Time weathers all, with it’s relentless tide,

Shadows creep where light used to bide,

Promises made in warmth, now cold and stale,

Love once so bright, now withered and sold.

In the dead of night, memories stir,

Of old days of the Bold,

The sky full of stars that seemed dead and cold;

A place once so magical now hurt to behold.
