You Don’t Know Her
“Can’t you see? I am actually a good soul!”
Hiya, my name is Lily and I’m the one who is always called “thr quiet one” in school. My heart hasn’t been torn by bullying or anything I just like to be quiet! Sometimes talking to human chatterboxes can be sk drainkng y’know?
Even though I can be as quiet as a mouse like all the time, it doesn’t mean I can’t help people when they need it the most. I’ll show you what I mean:
It was a freezing day yesterday so I had to wear my favorite floral coat for school. I was in the middle of having my lunch which was two succulent chicken sandwiches and a chocolate yoghurt however, after I finished my sandwiches, I suddenly heard the loud sound of crying coming from outside so, even though I wasn’t allowed to leave the dining hall without permission, I had to see what was going on.
When I sneaked out of the dining hall, I all of a sudden saw Tony being bullied by two girls who are one year above me in class.
Tony is the smallest in my class. He has chocolate-brown hair and sea-blue eyes and isn’t usually bullied because he is extremely kind to everyone; including me! He always helps me out if I get stuck with my schoolwork, particularly Maths. He is a real clever clogs little Tony.
I heard the girls calling Tony some vile names like “brat” and “weirdo” which to me are the most disgusting words to say to an innocent soul so, without regret, just before one of the girls tried to poke him, I walked towards them and outstretched my arm to block the bully’s finger from reaching Tony. This caused thr bully to move their hand back to their side and the headmaster Mister Owens noticed this and forced the bullies to follow him into his office.
“Lily, thank you so much for being there you’re a good hero. A Good Samaritan.” Tony said in a soft voice. This just shows that you might know mr for being quiet, but you don’t know that I can be a hero and I’m certainly not blind to bullying. Thry don’t know me, thry don’t know mr at all!
