Marissa is a girl with an unsupportive family. She goes around talking to a lot of guys because her family is very strict and won’t let her experiment and find out what she wants. So she sleeps with a lot of guys on the low, then gets pregnant. She goes off to college where her family doesn’t see her. She gives birth and now her kid is three and she finally returns home. She might say she adopted it or she might not. She is unpredictable and has mood swings. She introduces her kid as an adopted kid. She says she adopted it because she loves kids so much and college made her want one. So now she has kept this a secret for some time now. She gets a job. The weird thing her card doesn’t receive any additional money. It is covering her debt because she used it to pay off for her college and to care for the baby. Now she has to work even harder to provide for the baby when she could have just told her parents. She is indeed old enough to have a kid. Anyway, she has had enough one day and came out to her parents. Her parents were furious but eventually they got over it and helped her. She went back to work as a bartender. She got a good amount of pay but not too much. What people don’t know about Marissa is that she was confirmed to have a rare cancer. She didn’t told her parents before college because they already have so much to worry about and don’t deal with bad news very well. The side effect to the treatment that Marissa is receiving monthly freezes her eggs and with that the doctors remind her that she can’t have kids and that’s why she had her three year old daughter named Anna. In the end, Marissa tells her parents about her long-lasting cancer and how Anna was her daughter. They were honestly so proud of their hardworking daughter and it brightened up their life as they helped her fight her cancer away. After all was well, she got her kid tested and she found out who the father was. They never spoke much after that but they got in touch and he apologized for all she has been through. He insisted on meeting Anna. Marissa let him meet Anna. They got together very well, as did the parents. A few months passed and they became closer. From there, the parents felt a connection; a connection only a couple would feel. They got into a stronger relationship and she moved in. They eventually got married. Her parents are forever proud, but still have questions. Marissa is living her life. Her debt is all paid off. She has so much money and paid her parents back for the money they lending and now she has a husband and daughter. Who knows maybe the cancer was in her child too ?
