This is it he is gonna say those words I have been waiting for. We have been dating for about 3 months and he invited me out to a restaurant that is so beautiful. We have a table in the corner and he is sitting across from me staring down at his plate of pasta. He must be nervous. Oh, how cute is that? I sigh in my head as I stare at him. He didn't call for a while and he got me worried that someone must have kidnapped him. I mean why else would he not return my 3 calls( 3 for every hour of the day). He finally answered on the fourth day. Probably because he missed me so much.

“Hey Jane so I wanted us to meet here because I have something to tell you,” he says barely even able to look me in the eye. Maybe we should have 6 kids right?

“Yes, Shawny bear”

“ I don't even know how to say this. Wow,” He looks extremely nervous any second now he is going to say I love you and then we will get married and live happily ever after. I sigh again in my head.

“It's okay take your time. We have our whole lives to spend together” I place my chin in the palm of my hand. I reach for him across the table and it's a little sweaty. He snatches it away. Awww he must not want me to feel how nervous he is.

“That's what I want to talk about actually the “our whole lives together” part” He looks me in the eyes this time

“Ohhhh I get what you mean and I completely understand”

“You do?” he starts to look relieved

“Yea I completely get it and I understand”

“Thank God “

“So where is the ring?”

“Wait what” he looks taken back

“ Yeah, obviously you meant that we don't have all of our lives and that we should start living it together now right? Just say those four words” I say with excitement

“Wait what? No, I have 5 words actually”

“Ohhhhhh Will you marry me, Jane?”

“No, it's I'm breaking up with you”

“Ha your funny “

“No, actually I'm serious” he looks me straight in the eye

“Oh I get it”

“You do?”

“Yea you're seriously joking”

He gets up and leaves. I must be going to get the ring.
