Every person looks in fear

The darkened night is almost here

The setting sun fades from the sky

Everyone now runs to hide

The shadows stretch their sharpened claws

Their jaws open in one great yawn

The dead of night is now awake

Endless fear is now our fate

But then a light lands on the ground

Maybe hope can still be found

People look up to the sky

The stars are there, way up high

The darkness fades into the night

Fading with this hopeful light

The shadowed night will make us scared

But stars are hope -- they're always there
