A Fateful Day
Drip Drip Drip,
A sudden bump of the hip.
Two pairs of eyes collide,
Maybe soon she’ll be his bride.
A fateful day
In the beginning of May.
He offers her his umbrella
She thought he was a nice fella
Puddles lay ahead,
It is sure to be said,
The two of them will share a bed.
A fateful day
In the beginning of May.
And now they can hear wedding bells,
Someone sure put them under some spells.
A fateful day
Now together until they’re gray.
