In a world of darkness, you must rely on your other senses to experience things.
Try to be as descriptive as possible about how you would live in this world.
Blind
I open my eyes,
But I do not see.
My vision, long gone.
Robbed so long ago.
I smell the bread of the bakery, fresh and decadent.
I feel the velveteen coat of felines.
I taste the sweetness of Swiss chocolate.
I hear the music in the streets, played by the band.
Perhaps I cannot see,
But I still feel.
