Freedom
Freedom is the relief of a knee-scathed refugee crossing a border after escaping a lifetime of terroristic violence within their home country.
Freedom is the commencement of a woman’s journey to self worth, ultimately gifting her the courage to end an abusive relationship with a man who regularly degraded her, dehumanizing her to the point of self loathing.
Freedom is the acceptance of flaws within oneself and embracing them, for they are a part of you, and you must find appreciation for all that you are.
Freedom is the ability to be the one who understands you more than anyone, existing as your own true love and savior, and that’s one of the biggest gifts one could ever receive.
And lastly, you are freedom. Because you breathe purely for yourself, and that’s a privilege one takes for granted everyday.
