Goodbye To A Villain

CW for language, death, and unresolved relationships

You’re gone. I’m elated. It went on for too long. I can’t believe it’s actually Over.

You’re gone. It’s for the best. But you never said sorry. And now I’m sat here wondering What if?

You’re gone. I’m frustrated. You likely never cared. But I sit and I seethe that you Escaped.

You’re gone. But you’re not gone. Because you won’t go away. All I do is think of what was And cry.

You’re gone. There’s no closure. You didn’t try to call. If you had I’d probably say “Fuck you”

You’re gone. Is it better? Has the world felt you go? Or is it just me whispering “goodbye”
