Wolf Encounters

It was a stormy evening and red was trying to get back to her grandma’s house quickly before the storm picked up even more. The rain was coming down and it was hard to see anything in front of her. She knew she was getting close things were starting to become more and more familiar. But as she rounded a sharp bend in the trail she was encountered by three white as snow, fluffy beasts. They looked hungry and snarled as they looked upon their next meal. Red was terrified she was frozen in place, not knowing which way to turn. How could she escape the teeth of these beasts. Their breath was potent and they were close enough that in felt like it could burn the hairs of her nose off. She felt like she was about to cry and continued to be frozen in place, hoping and praying they would turn around and leave her alone. Hoping if she stood still for long enough she would become invisible and they wouldn’t be able to see her anymore. She would become like one of the many trees scattered in the dark forest. She was going to survive and make it back to her grandmas house before she knew it.
